Congestive Heart Failure
When itraconazole was administered intravenously to dogs and healthy human volunteers, negative inotropic effects were seen. If signs or symptoms of congestive heart failure occur during administration of Sporanox® (itraconazole) Injection, continued Sporanox® use should be reassessed.
